2017 Lexus ES 350
Lexus manufactures luxurious cars, so it makes sense that the ES 350 has adaptive cruise control standard with Lexus Advantages. The ES 350 has a starting MSRP of $38,900 and gets 21 mpg in the city and 30 mpg on the highway. Comfort is important in every luxury vehicle, and this sedan comes equipped with heated front seats, steering-wheel-mounted controls, and a telematics system. It also has keyless entry, 12-volt power outlet, a smart key system, and an electronic parking aid.
2017 Honda CR-V Touring
Honda is known for reliability and vehicles that can last a while if you take care of them and the CR-V is no exception. Adaptive cruise control comes with the Touring model, which starts at an MSRP of $32,195. Since it’s the most expensive CR-V model, it also comes with plenty of other features you’d expect from a premium model such as lane-keep assist, lane departure warnings, and a collision mitigation braking system. There are also plenty of audio and connectivity features like Bluetooth hands-free linking, seven-inch display, voice recognition, USB ports, and a seven-speaker entertainment system with a subwoofer. In the Touring, you can get 26 mpg in the city and 33 mpg on the highway.
2017 Toyota Camry XLE
The Toyota XLE starts at $26,310 and gets 24 mpg in the city and 33 mpg on the highway. This version of the sedan comes standard with Entune Audio Plus which has a seven-inch touch-screen display, eight speaker entertainment system, auxiliary audio jack, USB port, advanced voice recognition, hands-free phone capabilities, and Bluetooth wireless connection. For adaptive cruise control, you’ll have to purchase the technology package for $4,235, but this add-on also comes with blind spot monitoring and rear-cross traffic alerts, power tilt/slide moon roof, and Entune Premium JBL, which adds Doppler weather overlay, three months of free Sirius XM, and more.
2017 Ford Fusion SE
The Ford Fusion SE starts at an MSRP of $23,240 and comes with plenty of standard features including keyless-entry, SYNC audio system, a 4.2-inch LCD screen, integrated blind spot side view mirrors, three 12-volt plugs, steering wheel controls, and more. Adaptive cruise control is an add-on for $1,190, but you also get stop-and-go and pre-collision assist with pedestrian detection. The fuel economy is 21 mpg in the city and 32 mpg on the highway, but the SE Hybrid starts at $25,990 and gets 43 mpg in the city and 41 mpg on the highway.
2017 Kia Sorento EX
The 2017 Kia Sorento EX is a great family vehicle but also works if you’re looking to go off the beaten path. It starts with an MSRP of $33,600 and comes with several features such as a seven-inch touch-screen display, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth connectivity, USB ports, auxiliary input, 12-volt power outlets, and an Active Eco system. The adaptive cruise control comes with the Advanced Premium Technology Package, which is $2,800 extra, but you also get rear traffic cross alerts, a blind-spot forward detection system, forward collision warnings, and a lane departure warning system. The fuel economy for the Kia Sorento EX is an estimated 18 mpg in the city and 25 mpg on the highway.
